Support a dynamic K-12 school environment as a paraprofessional, contributing to the educational development of young learners in a Pre-K classroom setting. This part-time contract role offers an onsite opportunity to engage with students Monday through Friday, providing classroom support and assistance throughout the school year.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering direct support to students within a Pre-K classroom from 9:15 am to 12:15 pm, Monday through Friday
• Providing classroom assistance at the primary site Monday to Thursday
• Alternating Fridays between prep work at the primary site and classroom support at a secondary site
• Performing essential caregiving duties including diapering
• Collaborating with educators to foster a supportive learning environment

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active paraprofessional certification or license valid in California
• Experience working in K-12 educational settings, specifically with early childhood classrooms
• Ability to manage a flexible schedule with consistent availability on assigned days
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, teachers, and staff

Location and Schedule:

• Position is based onsite in Napa, CA
• Part-time commitment of 15 hours per week

This assignment begins January 12, 2025, and concludes June 5, 2026, providing a stable engagement through the school year.
