A K-12 school near Union, ME is seeking experienced Educational Technicians for life skills classrooms. These full-time, contractual positions run through June 2026 and offer full benefits and weekly compensation.
Ideal candidates will have experience supporting students in special education settings. If you do not have prior experience, you must hold at least 60 credit hours and possess an active Educational Technician certification. Positions available include Ed Tech I, II, and III roles.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience assisting students in special education classrooms preferred
- Minimum of 60 college credit hours if no special education experience
- Active Educational Technician certification required
- Ability to support students with diverse learning needs in a life skills setting
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with teachers and support staff

Responsibilities:
- Assist students with educational and personal development activities in life skills classrooms
- Implement individualized educational plans (IEPs) under teacher supervision
- Support student engagement, behavior management, and classroom routines
- Collaborate with school teams to promote a positive and inclusive learning environment
