Key Qualifications and Requirements:
- Active Paraprofessional certification in Massachusetts required
- Prior experience or strong interest working with middle school-aged children
- Solid communication and teamwork abilities
- Adaptability to a dynamic classroom environment
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide instructional and behavioral support for students in classroom and small group settings
- Implement academic modifications or accommodations under the direction of certified teachers
- Assist with organization, transitions, and daily routines
- Monitor student progress and share observations with educational staff
- Foster a supportive, inclusive classroom atmosphere
- Contribute to the overall well-being and safety of all students
