We are seeking dedicated Behavior Support Providers, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Paraprofessionals, and ABA Professionals to join a growing behavioral support team for the 2026-2027 school year.

This is a unique opportunity to become part of a district that is actively rebuilding and expanding its behavior support program. The upcoming school year will include new initiatives, pilot projects, and innovative approaches designed to enhance student success across multiple educational settings.

Professionals with experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), behavioral intervention, special education, autism support, emotional and behavioral programming, or school-based student services are encouraged to apply.

Student Population:

  • K-12 Students
  • Multiple educational settings across 4 district buildings

Schedule:

  • Full-Time
  • 3537.5 hours per week

Assignment Dates:

  • August 26, 2026 June 14, 2027

For Registered Behavior Technicians, external BCBA supervision is preferred but not required.

Essential Responsibilities

As a Behavior Support Professional, you may:

  • Provide direct behavioral support to students in classroom and school environments
  • Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and individualized support strategies
  • Support students with autism spectrum disorders, developmental disabilities, emotional disabilities, and behavioral challenges
  • Utilize ABA principles and evidence-based behavioral interventions
  • Collect and document behavioral data
  • Assist teachers and special education teams in supporting student goals
  • Promote positive behavior, communication, self-regulation, and social skills development
  • Help create safe, structured, and supportive learning environments
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, special education staff, teachers, administrators, and families

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, or individuals with behavioral needs preferred
  • Experience in schools, special education programs, ABA services, behavioral health, mental health, or related settings strongly preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary educational team
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Reliable attendance and professionalism
