Key Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers with instructional support and classroom management
• Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students with learning differences or special needs
• Help implement lesson plans and engage students in educational activities
• Support the development of social, behavioral, and academic skills in elementary-aged children
• Monitor student progress and communicate observations to teachers and staff
• Assist with preparing classroom materials and maintaining a positive learning environment

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in a similar educational support role preferred
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in helping children succeed academically and socially
• Ability to adapt to various student needs and contribute to a supportive classroom environment
