Key Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

  • Assist classroom teachers by reinforcing lessons, facilitating small-group instruction, or providing one-on-one support to students
  • Help implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans as directed
  • Supervise students during classroom activities, transitions, lunch, and recess
  • Support students academic, social, and emotional development through encouragement and consistent routines
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress, participation, and behavior as needed
  • Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and relevant trainings
