• Ability to follow instructions and school policies with attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications or coursework a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Support classroom activities and teacher-led instruction
• Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students
• Foster a welcoming and inclusive classroom climate
• Help implement instructional and behavioral plans
• Assist with classroom organization and preparation of educational materials
• Monitor students during activities, transitions, and meal periods
