Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant coursework or associates degree preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to students individually and in small groups, reinforcing lesson content and classroom instructions under the guidance of certified teachers
- Assist with classroom management to maintain a positive and effective learning environment
- Help implement individualized education plans (IEPs) or behavior management strategies as needed
- Prepare and organize classroom materials, supplies, and learning activities
- Support students with diverse learning, behavioral, and social needs throughout the school day
- Encourage student participation and engagement while modeling appropriate behaviors
