Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to students individually and in small groups, reinforcing lesson content and classroom instructions under the guidance of certified teachers
• Assist with classroom management to maintain a positive and effective learning environment
• Help implement individualized education plans (IEPs) or behavior management strategies as needed
• Prepare and organize classroom materials, supplies, and learning activities
• Support students with diverse learning, behavioral, and social needs throughout the school day
• Encourage student participation and engagement while modeling appropriate behaviors
