Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) | School-Based Opportunity
Sunbelt Staffing is partnering with a school to hire a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for the upcoming academic year. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting an elementary-aged student in a school setting while collaborating with a team of educational professionals.
Position Details
Full school year assignment
Schedule: 32.5 hours per week
Elementary school setting
1:1 support with an elementary student
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans
Provide 1:1 and small-group ABA-based instruction
Utilize evidence-based strategies including:
Discrete Trial Training (DTT)
Natural Environment Teaching (NET)
Prompting techniques
Reinforcement systems
Collaborate with educators and support staff to promote student success
Qualifications
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
Experience working with children preferred
Strong communication, collaboration, and behavioral support skills
Passion for helping students achieve academic, social, and behavioral goals
Interview Information
Interview Slots Available:
Thursday between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM
Friday between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM
Interview Format: Virtual Zoom interview
Hiring Timeline: Quick decision process
Additional Information
Required onboarding steps must be completed prior to start
Fingerprinting required
