Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in delivering instructional and classroom activities.

• Follow individualized education plans (IEPs) for students requiring special accommodations.
• Monitor and encourage positive student behavior.
• Provide assistance with daily classroom functions and transitions.
• Participate in school-based meetings and ongoing training sessions as needed.
