Key Qualifications:

• Recent experience working in a school setting is essential
• High school diploma or equivalent required; no additional certifications or degrees necessary
• Ability to provide three completed references, including your most recent manager, prior to interviewing
• Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to adapt to both one-on-one and classroom assignments as needed

Responsibilities:

• Deliver meaningful support to students in both individualized and group settings
• Assist educators with classroom tasks, organization, and lesson preparation
• Foster an inclusive, positive environment that encourages student growth and independence
• Help implement behavior plans and participate in daily routines
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and staff
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to district policies at all times

This contract runs from September 1, 2026, through June 16, 2027, with a standard weekday schedule of 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., including a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
