Now Hiring: School Paraprofessional - Ridgefield, CT
We are seeking an experienced Paraprofessional to provide 1:1 and classroom support for middle school students during the 2025-2026 school year.
This position is ideal for candidates who have previous school-based experience and are passionate about helping students succeed academically, socially, and behaviorally.
Position Details
- Location: Ridgefield, CT
- School: Middle School
- Schedule: 31.65 Hours per Week
- Assignment: 1:1 Student Support and Classroom Assistance
- School Year: 2025-2026

Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one support to assigned students
- Assist teachers with classroom activities and instruction
- Support student engagement, behavior, and learning goals
- Help maintain a positive and productive learning environment
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support student success
Requirements
- Previous school-based experience required
- Candidates without school experience will not be considered
- Experience supporting students in educational settings strongly preferred
- Ability to work effectively in both 1:1 and classroom support roles
- Must complete district fingerprinting requirements
