Job Description
We are seeking highly qualified Paraprofessionals to support students in a school setting. This role involves providing academic and behavioral support to students across various grade levels, helping ensure a positive and structured learning experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students throughout the school day
- Assist teachers with classroom instruction, daily routines, and behavior management
- Support students with moderate to severe disabilities and diverse learning needs
- Implement behavioral and academic strategies to help students succeed
- Foster a safe, structured, and positive learning environment
- Collaborate closely with teachers, specialists, and school staff
Qualifications:
- Must meet California Paraprofessional qualifications
- Previous school-based experience required
- Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills
- Passion for working with students with diverse learning and behavioral needs

Location: East Palo Alto, CA
Schedule: MondayFriday

Compensation for this position ranges from $21.00 to $36.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
