Key Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers in delivering instructional activities tailored to K-12 students.
• Support individual and small group learning to reinforce classroom lessons.
• Help manage classroom behavior and ensure a positive learning environment.
• Collaborate with educators to adapt teaching materials and strategies.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development as required.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Pennsylvania Para educator licensure is mandatory.
• Demonstrated experience as a PA state Para educator preferred.
• Ability to pass a 10-panel drug screening upon onboarding.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and staff.
• Flexibility to serve in a floating capacity across multiple grade levels.

Position Details:

• Onsite role in a K-12 school setting.
• Approximately 35 hours per week.
• Contract for the current school year (CSY).
