Qualifications & Experience:

• Current Paraprofessional credentials or certification in Massachusetts
• Previous experience working with middle school students preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to support students with diverse academic and behavioral needs
• Dependability and a willingness to be flexible in a school environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers with lesson delivery, supervision, and classroom management
• Provide individualized or small group support to students as directed
• Foster a welcoming, encouraging atmosphere for all students
• Monitor student progress and communicate observations to the educational team
• Help implement accommodations for students with IEPs under supervisor direction
• Participate actively in school activities, professional development, and team meetings

This role offers 37.5 hours each week, Monday through Friday, focusing on the middle school age group.
