This onsite opportunity is designed for a dedicated Early Intervention Teacher Assistant/Paraeducator to support K-12 students across various grade levels. You will serve in a floating role within a K-12 school environment, providing essential instructional assistance and helping to create positive learning experiences for students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist certified teachers in delivering educational programs tailored to individual student needs.
• Support students with diverse learning abilities throughout the school day.
• Monitor student progress and report observations to the teaching staff.
• Facilitate classroom management and encourage student engagement.
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to implement effective instructional strategies.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Pennsylvania Paraeducator licensure is required.
• Proven experience working as a paraeducator within Pennsylvania schools.
• Ability to complete a 10-panel drug screen as part of the onboarding process.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, educators, and families.
• Flexibility to work a 35-hour week onsite in a contract role spanning the current school year.
