An exciting opportunity is available for a Paraprofessional to support students in an elementary school setting. This role focuses on providing instructional assistance and fostering a positive learning environment to help students achieve their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers with instructional activities and classroom management.
• Support individual students or small groups to enhance learning and provide additional guidance.
• Help prepare educational materials and organize classroom resources.
• Monitor student progress and communicate observations to teachers.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive environment for all students.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and collaborate effectively with teaching staff.
• Patience, adaptability, and a passion for supporting student learning.
• Familiarity with elementary school curricula and student needs is a plus.
