Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in an educational setting
- Understanding of classroom management strategies and positive reinforcement techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, teachers, and families
- Patience, adaptability, and a genuine commitment to supporting learners with diverse needs
- Ability to follow education plans and work under teacher direction
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional coursework or certifications a plus)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist lead teachers with lesson implementation and classroom activities
- Provide academic and behavioral support to individual students and small groups
- Help create an inclusive environment for students of all abilities
- Supervise students in classroom, playground, and/or cafeteria settings
- Implement instructional strategies as directed by certified staff
- Document student progress and communicate observations to teaching staff
- Encourage social skills development and appropriate classroom behavior

Compensation for this position ranges from $21.00 to $36.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
