Job Description

Full-Time Paraprofessional position in Minnesota

Sunbelt Staffing is working closely with a school district in the Oak Grove, Minnesota area to locate a Paraprofessional for this academic school year.This role involves assisting students in developing independence, maintaining focus, and achieving academic and social success in a supportive and structured environment.

Job Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or GED is required
  • Bachelors Degree preferred but not required.
  • Voluntary Paraprofessional Credential preferred but not required.

Job Details:

  • Monday-Friday, Full-Time Hours
  • Assist students with daily life skills activities, including personal care and functional academics.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support for behavior management and academic engagement.
  • Collaborate with special education teachers and other staff to implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
