Job Description
A position is available for a Paraprofessional at an elementary school located in New Castle, CO. This role involves supporting classroom teachers in delivering instruction and assisting students with diverse learning needs throughout the school year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide instructional support to the lead teacher in an elementary school setting
- Assist students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning concepts
- Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment
