This position offers the opportunity to support students across all grade levels in a dynamic K-12 school environment. The role requires a dedicated paraprofessional who is committed to fostering a positive and inclusive educational setting while assisting teachers and staff with daily classroom activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide instructional support to students in accordance with individual education plans (IEPs)
• Assist teachers in classroom management and preparation of materials
• Support students social and emotional development through positive interaction and encouragement
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to implement effective learning strategies
• Supervise students during various school activities and transitions

Qualifications:

• Valid Illinois Paraprofessional License required
• Professional Educator License (PEL) preferred
• Experience working with K-12 students in an educational or supportive role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work onsite full-time, averaging 35 hours per week

Location:

• Position is based onsite in Naperville, IL, within a K-12 educational setting

Employment Details:

• Contract position for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year
• Full-time hours, Monday through Friday
