Job Description

Qualifications:

Valid Illinois Para license
Previous experience working with children in educational settings
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Location:

Naperville, IL (Onsite)

Responsibilities:

Assist teachers in the classroom with instructional support
Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) under teacher supervision
Facilitate small group activities to enhance student learning
Monitor student progress and behavior in alignment with school policies
Support students with special needs, ensuring their active participation in class
