Job Type: Full-Time, School-Based Contract-to-Hire
Pay: Weekly Pay with Consistent School Hours

Key Responsibilities
Provide classroom support to teachers and students throughout the school day
Assist students with academic tasks, assignments, and instructional activities
Support students with behavioral, social, and emotional needs
Work one-on-one or in small groups to reinforce educational concepts and learning objectives
Promote student engagement and participation in classroom activities
Assist with classroom organization, supervision, and daily routines
Support students with disabilities and help implement accommodations as directed
Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student success
Qualifications
Required
Must meet Minnesota Highly Qualified Paraprofessional requirements through ONE of the following methods:
Successful completion of the Minnesota Para Educator Exam (Highly Qualified Para Exam)
Completion of at least 60 college credits (official college transcripts required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for working with students in a school setting
Ability to work effectively as part of an educational team
