Location: Multiple Elementary School Openings Available
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Hours: 32.5 Hours Per Week
Start Date: Approximately August 31, 2026
Assignment Type: Contract-to-Hire
Conversion Eligibility: Direct hire opportunity after 422 hours worked

We are hiring Highly Qualified Paraprofessionals to provide classroom and student support in elementary school settings. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about education, child development, special education, and helping students achieve academic and personal success.
As a Paraprofessional, you will work alongside teachers and support teams to assist students throughout the school day while fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Primary Responsibilities
Provide classroom support for teachers and students
Assist with academic instruction and learning activities
Support students individually and in small groups
Help maintain a structured, safe, and engaging classroom environment
Assist students with behavioral, social, and personal needs
Participate in implementing student support plans
Collaborate with teachers and school staff to promote student success
Provide personal care assistance, including toileting when needed
Qualification Requirements
To be considered, applicants must meet one of the following criteria:
Passed the Minnesota Para Educator Exam, OR
Completed 60 or more college credits (official transcripts required)
