This full-time paraprofessional opportunity supports K-12 students in a vibrant school environment located in Merrimack, New Hampshire. The role is contracted and scheduled for the current school year with 32.5 hours per week, providing consistent hours and the chance to make a meaningful impact on student learning and development.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting teachers in classroom management and instructional support
• Working one-on-one or in small groups to help students understand and complete assignments
• Supporting students with diverse learning needs, following individualized education plans
• Assisting with supervision during classroom activities and transitions
• Collaborating with educators and staff to create a positive learning environment

Qualifications and experience required:

• NH Para II Certification is mandatory
• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in a similar educational support role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to support and encourage students with patience and creativity
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
