Qualifications:

• Previous experience working as a paraprofessional or in a similar support role, particularly with PreK or elementary students.
• Strong understanding of classroom dynamics and effective support strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and staff positively.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Basic knowledge of IEPs and their implementation in a school setting is preferred.
