Paraprofessional (EA2) Job Openings | Hampton Falls, NH Area | School-Based Positions
Sunbelt Staffing is actively hiring five Paraprofessionals (EA2) for full-time school-based opportunities supporting students at a middle school in the Hampton Falls, New Hampshire area for the 2026-2027 school year.
We are seeking compassionate, flexible, and motivated professionals with prior school and special education experience. These positions provide an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting students in both individual and classroom settings while working alongside an experienced educational team.

Schedule: 30 Hours per Week
Contract Dates: August 31, 2026 June 16, 2027
Employment Type: School-Based Contract Position

Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 support for students requiring individualized assistance
Assist students in group instructional and classroom settings
Support special education programs and classroom activities
Implement behavioral management strategies and behavior support plans
Carry over prescribed services and accommodations
Assist with IEP implementation and student goal support
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers
Maintain accurate documentation and progress records
Adapt to changing student and classroom needs throughout the school day
Qualifications
Previous school-based experience preferred
Special education experience strongly preferred
Ability to be flexible, adaptable, and a quick learner
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Must obtain or already possess an EA2 Certification
Passion for supporting students and creating positive educational outcomes
Supervision
District-provided supervision will be available.
