Paraprofessional Opportunities | School-Based Positions
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessionals to join a dynamic educational team in a unique year-round school setting. We are hiring for multiple openings that provide the opportunity to support students both inside and outside the classroom while making a meaningful impact on their academic and personal growth.
Position Details

Full-time opportunity
37.5 hours per week
Year-round school schedule, including summer programming
One school assignment
Multiple openings available

Available Roles
Before & After School Paraprofessional
Responsibilities include:

Leading, supporting, and participating in educational before-school, after-school, and out-of-school programming
Delivering academic interventions to small groups of students as needed
Providing one-on-one and small-group instructional support
Collaborating with teachers to reinforce classroom learning and student success
Supporting engaging educational and enrichment activities throughout the program

Potential schedules:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:15 PM

Special Education Paraprofessional
Responsibilities include:

Assisting teachers with instructional delivery and classroom support
Reinforcing learning concepts and student engagement
Providing individualized and small-group support to students
Collaborating with educators and support staff to help students reach their academic and behavioral goals

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
Previous experience working with children in a classroom, educational, or program setting preferred
Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency procedures preferred
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Compensation for this position ranges from $18.00 to $34.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
