Job Description

Supporting student learning in an elementary Title 1 school, these paraprofessional roles provide valuable assistance in the classroom to help enhance educational experiences. These positions are based in Exeter, NH, within an elementary school environment, and are scheduled Monday through Friday for 32.5 hours per week, aligning with the schools daily schedule from 8:05 a.m. through 3:05 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support classroom teachers in delivering instructional activities
  • Assist students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning concepts
  • Monitor and facilitate student progress and engagement throughout the school day
  • Participate in maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Collaborate with educators and staff to meet the needs of diverse learners

Qualifications:

  • Associates degree, equivalent college credits, or Para 2 certification from the state of New Hampshire
  • Experience working in a school setting as a paraprofessional or similar role preferred
  • Ability to provide at least three professional references, including two supervisors
  • Strong interpersonal skills and dedication to supporting student success

Position Details:

  • Contract role through June 15, 2026
  • Full-Time Equivalent at 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  • Elementary school setting in Exeter, NH
