Job Description

Located in Doylestown, PA, this opportunity offers a rewarding role as a paraprofessional supporting K-12 students in an elementary school setting. This on-site, contract position spans the full school year and involves a 37.5-hour workweek, providing consistent engagement with students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist licensed teachers in delivering instructional support to students across K-12 grade levels.
  • Facilitate individualized learning plans by supporting students with diverse educational needs.
  • Monitor and encourage positive student behavior, promoting a safe and constructive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with educators and support staff to enhance student progress and classroom performance.
  • Aid with preparation of teaching materials and organize classroom resources as needed.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience working as a paraprofessional in elementary or K-12 educational settings.
