Job Description
We are seeking experienced Paraprofessionals to support students in a school-based setting in Dover, NH. This role is ideal for candidates with prior school experience and a passion for working with students who benefit from behavioral and academic support.
Responsibilities:
Provide classroom support under the direction of certified teachers
Work with students in 1:1 and small group settings
Assist with behavior management and reinforcement strategies
Support implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
Qualifications:
High school diploma required
School-based experience required
ABA experience preferred
Compensation:
Compensation for this position ranges from $23 to $25, depending on experience, including comprehensive benefits. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
