Paraprofessional Positions (10 Openings) | School Districts near Somersworth, NH | 2026-2027 School Year
Sunbelt Staffing is hiring 10 Paraprofessionals for School Districts near Somersworth, New Hampshire for the 2026-2027 school year. We are seeking dedicated professionals to support students in both 1:1 and classroom-based roles at the middle and high school levels.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to make a meaningful impact in education. Prior school experience is preferred, but the district does not require paraprofessional certification, a college degree, or additional higher education credentials. Candidates must provide proof of a high school diploma.
Position Details
Location: Near Somersworth, New Hampshire
District: Servicing districts near Somersworth/Dover
Position: Paraprofessional (10 Openings)
Assignment Dates: September 1, 2026 June 16, 2027
Schedule: 32.5 hours per week
Middle School Hours
7:10 AM 2:10 PM
30-minute unpaid lunch
High School Hours
7:30 AM 2:30 PM
30-minute unpaid lunch
Responsibilities
Provide academic and behavioral support to students
Assist teachers with classroom instruction and daily activities
Support students in either 1:1 settings or general classroom environments
Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Follow district policies and student support plans
Requirements
High school diploma required
School-based experience preferred
Ability to work effectively with students and educational staff
Three completed professional references required before interview consideration, including your most recent manager/supervisor
