Paraprofessional (1:1 & Classroom Support) | Dover, NH | Multiple Openings
Location: Dover, New Hampshire
Position: Paraprofessional (10 Openings)
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Assignment Dates: September 1, 2026 - June 16, 2027
Hours: 32.5 Hours Per Week
School Settings Available
Middle School: 7:10 AM - 2:10 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)
High School: 7:30 AM - 2:30 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)

We are seeking 10 dedicated Paraprofessionals to support students in both 1:1 and classroom-based roles within middle and high school settings. These positions are ideal for individuals passionate about education, student support, special education, and helping students reach their full potential.
School-based experience is preferred, but candidates with transferable experience working with children, adolescents, or individuals with special needs are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
Provide direct student support in 1:1 and classroom environments
Assist teachers with instructional and classroom activities
Support students academically, behaviorally, and socially
Help maintain a positive, safe, and structured learning environment
Implement accommodations and support strategies as directed
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and administrators
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to educational teams
Qualifications
High school diploma required
No additional paraprofessional certifications or college coursework required
School-based experience preferred
Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively with students of varying needs and abilities
