Make a difference every day supporting students in an inclusive, dynamic school setting! Were seeking ten motivated individuals to serve as paraprofessionals for a contract assignment running from September 2026 through June 2027. In these roles, youll provide essential assistance in both individualized (1:1) and classroom-based learning environments at the middle and high school levels. Morning schedules vary slightly between schools, but both follow a structured day with a midday break.

Qualifications & Experience:

• High school diploma required; no additional para certifications or higher education necessary
• Previous experience in a school setting highly valued, though not required
• Ability to provide three completed references, including your most recent manager, before an interview is scheduled
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work collaboratively with educators and students

Key Duties:

• Support teachers by reinforcing classroom lessons and assisting with instructional activities
• Work closely with individual students or small groups needing extra guidance, fostering academic and social growth
• Help monitor student behavior and promote a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere
• Adapt to the dynamic needs of each classroom, demonstrating flexibility and empathy
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times while supporting the academic mission
