Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support to students with behavioral and learning needs using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
  • Collaborate with teachers and behavioral specialists to implement individualized behavior plans
  • Monitor and document student progress related to behavioral goals and interventions
  • Assist in creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Support students in developing social, communication, and academic skills

Desired Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or experience as an ABA Paraprofessional
  • Proven ability to work effectively with children in an educational setting
