Position Highlights
Full-time and substitute opportunities available
Onsite positions only
20262027 school year
MondayFriday school schedule
Elementary, middle, and high school opportunities
School hours with evenings, weekends, holidays, and school breaks off
Supportive school staff and collaborative team environment
Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one or classroom support to students with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
Assist teachers with classroom activities and daily routines
Implement behavior support strategies and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) when applicable
Encourage positive behavior and student engagement
Support students with communication, organization, and independence
Assist with transitions, classroom activities, and supervision throughout the school day
Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, BCBAs, therapists, and other support staff
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Previous experience working with children preferred
School, behavioral, ABA, BT, RBT, childcare, or special education experience is a plus
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, patient, and passionate about helping students succeed
