Qualifications:
- Valid Massachusetts Paraprofessional credentials or certification
- Previous experience working with middle school-aged children preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing needs
- Demonstrated patience, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
Responsibilities:
- Assist lead teachers in classroom management and educational activities
- Support students in small groups and one-on-one settings to reinforce learning concepts
- Foster a safe, respectful, and supportive atmosphere for all students
- Help implement individualized education plans (IEPs) as necessary
- Participate actively in school routines, supervision, and special events
