This position offers an opportunity to work as a Paraprofessional in an elementary school setting, supporting students from kindergarten through 12th grade. The role is onsite and involves a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week during the school year (NSY), under a contract arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers with instructional support to students
• Provide individualized attention and support tailored to student needs
• Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment
• Support the implementation of lesson plans and educational activities
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure student success

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Paraprofessional or similar educational support role is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with students and faculty
• Ability to work effectively with students of diverse ages and abilities (K-12)
• Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment
