Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience as a paraprofessional or instructional aide, ideally in a school environment
- Familiarity with working alongside students of varying abilities, including those with special needs
- Ability to assist with academic activities, behavior support, and classroom organization
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teachers, staff, and students
- Patience, adaptability, and dedication to fostering student growth and success
Key Responsibilities:
- Support classroom teachers in day-to-day activities and lesson implementation
- Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students who need extra help
- Assist with the management of classroom behavior and reinforce positive behaviors
- Encourage and motivate students to participate in classroom activities
- Help prepare instructional materials and organize classroom resources

Compensation for this position ranges from $21.00 to $36.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
