Sunbelt Staffing is seeking 12 full-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support elementary students in Sheffield, MA for the 20262027 school year.
Position Details:
Full-time: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM3:00 PM
School Year: August 24, 2026 June 11, 2027
1:1 support for K3 students
Inclusion classroom setting
Responsibilities:
Provide behavioral support to elementary students with complex trauma
Collaborate with teachers and school staff to promote student success
Implement behavior support strategies throughout the school day
Requirements:
Active Massachusetts RBT credential
School-based or pediatric behavioral experience preferred

Compensation for this position ranges from $18.00 to $30.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
