Job Description

A full-time or part-time Occupational Therapist (OT) position is available for the 2025-2026 school year at a K-12 educational setting in Zeeland, MI. This is a leave contract opportunity providing on-site support to students, helping them achieve their educational and developmental goals through specialized OT services.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students within the school environment
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with school and state regulations
  • Provide consultations and recommendations to support students functional abilities in the classroom

Qualifications:

  • Active Michigan Occupational Therapist license is required
  • Experience working within school settings is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with educational staff and families
