A dynamic opportunity exists for an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide essential services in a K-12 school setting located in West Terre Haute, IN. This contract position spans 12 weeks, starting August 11, 2025, and focuses on delivering high-quality therapy during maternity leave.

Qualifications:

• Valid Indiana Occupational Therapy License
• IN Teacher Certificate
• Experience in healthcare and educational settings
• Proficient in conducting evaluations and developing IEPs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with Medicaid billing processes

Location:
West Terre Haute, IN

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to students, addressing various disabilities.
• Conduct evaluations to assess student needs and develop tailored therapy plans.
• Deliver direct and indirect services as outlined in IEPs.
• Collaborate with educators and other specialists to enhance student outcomes.
• Participate in a 3-1 service delivery model, with three weeks dedicated to direct service and one week for professional development and meetings.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports as required.
