Job Description

Qualifications:

Masters degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
Experience in school settings preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
Knowledge of therapeutic techniques and modalities

Responsibilities:

Assess and evaluate students needs for occupational therapy
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to support student goals
Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational strategies
