Qualifications & Skills:

• Current Arizona Occupational Therapist (OT) license
• Valid IVP fingerprint clearance card
• Previous experience in a school-based setting or working with K-8th grade students is highly valued
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and provide individualized support strategies
• Commitment to fostering student independence and growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to K-8 students as outlined in Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student progress
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document student progress
• Provide direct and consultative therapy services within the school setting
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals
• Offer recommendations for classroom adaptations and assistive technology as needed
