A virtual occupational therapist position is available to support K-12 students during a short-term medical leave assignment. This contract opportunity offers flexible remote hours, providing vital therapy services to students in need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to K-12 students via telehealth platforms
- Collaborate with school personnel and families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Document student progress and maintain compliance with licensing and educational requirements
- Utilize teletherapy tools and resources to maximize therapeutic outcomes
Qualifications:
- Valid Minnesota Occupational Therapist license essential
- Minimum of three years experience providing telehealth occupational therapy strongly preferred
- Successful completion of technology screening, background check, and current liability insurance required
- Proven ability to manage remote caseloads effectively and maintain professional communication
Work Schedule and Location:
- Contract duration aligns with the school year (NSY)
- 24 hours per week
- Fully remote position based in Willmar, MN
