Job Description

Step into a rewarding role supporting K-12 students for the 2026-2027 school year as a contract Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA). You'll provide vital therapeutic services for approximately 28 hours weekly, Mondays through Thursdays, helping students thrive both academically and personally.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Arizona OT or COTA license required
  • Active IVP fingerprint clearance card
  • Experience or strong interest in K-12 school-based therapy settings
  • Excellent communication, assessment, and organizational skills
  • Commitment to fostering independence and participation for all students

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct occupational therapy interventions to students across grades K-12
  • Collaborate with educators, other therapy professionals, and families to support student success
  • Evaluate student needs and document progress in accordance with IEP and school protocols
  • Support the development and implementation of strategies that promote student access and participation
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to all relevant laws and school district policies
