An opportunity is available for an Occupational Therapist to provide support within a K-12 school setting located in Sunnyside, WA. This contract position spans from ASAP through June 11, 2026, offering approximately 24 hours per week. The role involves working onsite with a caseload of around 20 students of varying ages across multiple sites, delivering therapeutic interventions to enhance their educational experience and functional skills development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to a diverse student population
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to create individualized plans
- Assess student needs and develop tailored treatment strategies to support academic and daily living skills
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
- Participate in school meetings, offering professional insight on therapy goals
