What Youll Bring:

• Valid Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of Virginia
• Experience in multiple settings: schools, healthcare, home health, and delivering services via teletherapy platforms
• Flexibility and comfort in itinerant roles, working across several locations as part of a dynamic team
• Familiarity with school-based OT services, IEP processes, and collaborating with educators and families
• Strong communication, organization, and adaptability skills
• Comfort using virtual meeting platforms for interviewing and teletherapy sessions

Your Role Will Include:

• Providing direct therapy and consultation to students as assigned
• Participating in IEP development and contributing professional insight to individualized education plans
• Maintaining thorough documentation and tracking student progress
• Attending paid team meetings and collaborating with school stakeholders to ensure student needs are met
• Engaging in ongoing training on district systems and processes
• Contributing to a positive, student-centered culture while supporting district initiatives
