Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist license in New Mexico is required
• Previous experience in a school setting highly preferred
• Skilled at assessing, planning, and implementing therapy for students ages 5-18

• Strong organizational and communication abilities

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services to students with a range of needs
• Conduct assessments and contribute to the development of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Provide both direct and consultative services in classrooms and therapy spaces
• Equip students with strategies that promote independence, coordination, and classroom participation
• Document therapy sessions and progress reports in compliance with school requirements
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate on student-centered interventions
