Job Description

Make a difference every day as a School-based Occupational Therapist in a dynamic educational setting near Santa Clarita, CA! This full-time, onsite position spans the entire school year, where youll impact student success and growth. Youll join a collaborative environment, serving a minimum caseload of 40 students across multiple school sites.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Valid California Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
  • Experience in school-based OT practice preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
  • Proficiency in IEP documentation and delivering therapeutic interventions
  • Ability to adapt to multiple campuses and diverse student populations
  • Commitment to providing onsite services only (no virtual/VOCO options)

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct OT services to a diverse caseload across various school locations
  • Assess, develop, and implement intervention plans to support students educational goals
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Complete documentation, progress monitoring, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Provide support and education to staff and parents regarding OT strategies in the classroom
  • Attend required trainings, maintain licensure, and adhere to professional ethics and district policies
